Why Vanshi Travel
We're a Jaipur-based team, not a call centre reselling your trip to someone else. Here's what that actually gets you.
Every vehicle has a published rate, from ₹11/km. You see the number before you travel and you pay against the meter — not against a guess.
Our drivers are local, licence-verified and know the routes, the parking and the shortcuts. They speak Hindi and workable English.
Late landing or a 5 am departure, the car is there. We track your flight number so a delay doesn't cost you the booking.
Chauffeur-driven bookings need no security deposit. Tolls, parking and driver allowance are named up front, never added quietly at the end.
Decorated cars for the baraat and Tempo Travellers or an Urbania to move guests between hotel, venue and station on time.
From Vaishali Nagar to Malviya Nagar, the airport or Sindhi Camp — we come to you rather than making you come to a counter.
Before you book
Still unsure about something? Call or WhatsApp us — we'd rather answer it now than have you find out at pickup.
For a chauffeur-driven car you only need a photo ID — an Aadhaar card, passport or voter ID is fine. For a self-drive booking you'll need a valid Indian driving licence (or an international driving permit alongside your home licence), plus one government photo ID and one address proof. We take a photo or scan at pickup and hand the originals straight back to you.
There is no age restriction for a chauffeur-driven booking. For self-drive we follow the standard local practice of requiring a driver who has held a valid licence for a reasonable period.
Chauffeur-driven trips and tour packages do not need a deposit — you settle the fare after the trip against the meter reading. Self-drive bookings involve a refundable deposit that is returned when the car comes back in the same condition.
Yes — every chauffeur-driven car and every tour package on this site is available with no deposit at all. That covers airport transfers, city sightseeing, outstation runs and wedding transport. A deposit only comes into it if you're driving the vehicle yourself.
A round trip is billed on the kilometres you actually travel, out and back, at the rate for your vehicle. A one-way drop is billed on the full round-trip distance, because the car and driver have to return to Jaipur empty — this is standard across Rajasthan, and we tell you the number before you travel rather than after.
October to March is the sweet spot: dry, clear days and comfortable temperatures for fort climbs and long drives. February and March add flowering trees and lighter crowds than the December peak. April to June gets genuinely hot, so we plan early starts and longer midday breaks; July to September brings the monsoon, which is beautiful at Amer and Nahargarh but slower on the highways.
